Welcome to BRB.kr, a URL shortening service operated by MSUB ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). BRB.kr provides URL shortening services that allow users to create shortened versions of long URLs. Our Services include:

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MSUB and its licensors.
• Our Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the Republic of Korea and foreign countries.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

7. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
• Delete or disable shortened URLs that violate these Terms

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MSUB, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MSUB and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
• You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability
